One of the housekeeping managers helped us get our cooler to our room! He told us that if we needed anything, pillows, towels, whatever to just let him know! I believe the gentleman’s name was Steven! What a great group of people! The Pool: I don’t think the pics really do it justice. Pros: The STAFF: Every single person we met: front desk, gift shop, restaurant, bartender (inside and at pool), housekeeping, security (my hubby’s money did not come out of ticket cashing machine) were so nice and helpful! We even saw a maintenance guy when we were coming in who told us to enjoy our stay! Big shout out to Sabrina at the Players’s Club. The staff is pretty rude most of the time and it is not a fun place.… If you want a casino experience then don't attend Osage casinos. How are you charging that much with no room service even. Osage like most tribes is very selfish, and their casinos are pounded. They can claim the machine malfunctioned which means they don't have to pay you for ripping you off. My machines were hitting the bingo patterns on the machines and they were not paying. Anytime you hear a jackpot it's a very high denomination machine.

People want a chance to win, Osage doesn't grant that unless you're vip. They are pretty sad to beat down poor people and rip them off. They charge hard rock prices yet the casinos nowhere near that. Osage can't run casinos none of them are good deals. Very unprofessional and nowhere near a casino experience. They want 200 for a room in the var part of town. These rooms in no way are worth the prices. Their machines payout very low, almost three times as low as Vegas. Indian casinos are allowed to straight up rip the guests off. The hotel is new but in a bad area of town and the casino is horrible. Osage casino is a joke, they claim they are downtown and they are like 10 mins away.
